


SLRC BOYS CREW- Spring 2026
WHO: 4th, 5th and 6th grade boys. This program is designed for ANY child regardless of previous experience or ability. We welcome new runners looking to try something new and multi-sport athletes looking to stay in shape. The club offers an opportunity for participants to get outside, be active, and connect with new friends.
WHAT: SLRC is a nonprofit run club. SLRC Coaches will implement the Road Runners Club of America’s “Kids Run the Nation” training program. The wellness program encourages physical and social development. We will focus on teamwork, leadership and building confidence to ensure all team members cross the finish line. Participants will train for the end-of-season Coopersburg 5k and will support our local running community.
WHERE: Upper Saucon Park
WHEN: Practices Tues/Thurs 4:30 – 5:30 March 26 – May 21; 5k race on May 23
REGISTRATION: Registration is open Feb. 1 – Feb 28. SLRC will accept approx. 20 runners. Please fill out the google form below. Cost is $75 plus cost of race registration (estimated $25). Boys will receive a team shirt and training journal with registration.
